Trivolastore Return Policy

At Trivolastore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days 1  of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.  

Return Conditions

    Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with their original tags.
    Returned items must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
    Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Return Process

    Please contact us at Info@trivolastore.com to inform us of your intention to return an item.
    We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
    Please carefully pack the returned item and send it to the address we provided.
    Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within14 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
